During April, which is National Poetry Month, we will be reading and writing poems each day. We will devote the first 20 minutes of class to the poetry and do our other writing in the last 30 minutes., In the calendar below are links to poems on the WWW. Click on the link, read the poem, then using the poem as a model, write your own poem on the same subject or following the model as the directions tell you. These poems will go on your Poetry page on your website.
